Most of the treatments we offer usually involve working on the skin’s surface by using injections with very fine needles. Our experienced clinician will firstly need to assess your skin condition to assess the suitability and offer the most appropriate treatment for your desired needs
Dermal fillers can help to restore/enhance the skin’s lost volume temporarily. Filler materials are mostly made of Hyaluronic acid, which is a naturally occurring substance in the body. In some cases other filler materials may be preferred. The objective of filler materials are to restore volume loss in the skin and result in rejuvenation of the skin. The effects of this treatment are:

Although we use very short and fine needles (similar to ones used IN acupuncture), some patients will experience a slight discomfort during injections. However this is only for the duration of the procedure. Post-procedure pain is minimal and if necessary can be effectively managed with painkillers.
During the course of your treatment, the clinician uses soothing lotions to manage and minimise post procedure discomfort.
With the majority of treatments all you will have is a mild redness of the skin that should disappear within one or two days. With Dermal Filler treatments you may experience some mild swelling and bruising, and you may or may not decide not to go back to work the same day.
Post-treatment, a special chemical solution called Witch Hazel is provided to reduce swelling and redness
